Actor Ram Kapoor is unrecognisable after weight loss! Know his workout routine and diet plan


Ram does not eat anything for 16 hours and keeps a strict count on his calorie intake. The actor stuck to intermittent fasting to go from fat to fab. For the uninitiated, intermittent fasting is a method of dieting that restricts the amount of time you are allowed to have your food.

This diet never stresses on ‘what to eat’ or ‘what not to eat’, rather the focus is on ‘when’ you should eaWhile no food is allowed during the fasting period, but experts suggest that one can drink water, coffee, tea etc.

The actor has chosen the 16/8 intermittent fasting schedule, where you fast for 16 hours every day and eat only between noon and early evening (7-8pm).

His hard work and dedication has surely paid off and how. He has lost a whopping 30 kilos and is showing off his new svelte avatar on Instagram.
